Not only do we care about the taste of our products, but we care about offering breads that are naturally leavened, or hybrid mixes of natural leavening and small amounts of baker's yeast, with long fermentation times to create breads and pastries that can be easier to digest than quick, commercially yeasted breads that are full of chemicals and preservatives. Our process also brings out maximum flavor from the flours to offer an experience in every bite. We use a blend of domestic flours, and the highest quality imported French flours from sources who are mindful of their impact on the environment.

We are a small, family-owned cottage bakery business focused and dedicated on providing the highest quality products to our community. Due to our limited size, we are currently only taking orders online for weekly pick up on Saturdays, but we can also accommodate some custom orders. Orders need to be placed by 8 pm Wednesday night and pick-up on Saturday between 10 am to 12 noon. Many of our breads and pastries take up to 48 hours to mix and rest before they are actually baked. The Wednesday night cut-off for orders allows us to fully understand the orders received to ensure we accommodate each order with the attention and quality it deserves.
