Not only do we care about the taste of our products, but we care about offering organic products that are naturally leavened, or hybrid mixes of natural leavening and baker's yeast, with long fermentation times to create breads and pastries that can be easier to digest than commercially yeasted breads. Our process also brings out maximum flavor from the flours to offer an experience in every bite. We use domestic organic flours and the highest quality imported flours from sources who are mindful of their impact on the environment.

We are a small, family-owned cottage bakery business focused and dedicated on providing the highest quality products to our community. Due to our limited size, we are currently only taking orders online for weekly pick up on Thursdays. Please place your order by Tuesday night for pick-up on Thursday. All orders placed on Weds and Thurs will be available for the following Thursday pick-up. This allows us to fully understand the orders received to ensure we accommodate each order with the attention and quality it deserves.
